The PROJEKTRA Blueprint

Understand the problem. Challenge the process. Leave capability behind.

The Blueprint is the structured framework through which we turn experience into a repeatable yet adaptable way of working. It is not a rigid procedure and does not assume that every project follows identical activities with identical intensity. Its purpose is to ensure that we do not skip the questions that most often determine whether a project succeeds.

  1. 01

    Understand

Before a solution, understand the problem.

We begin with the business objective and the real problem, not a feature list, and build a shared definition of what actually needs to be solved.

    Methods and tools

Design Thinking, interviews, workshops, stakeholder mapping, user research, business analysis.

    Outcome

A shared understanding of the problem, objectives, scope and success criteria.

  2. 02

    Discover

Understand the current state before designing the future state.

We map processes, information flows, systems, data, roles and dependencies, and look not only for where it hurts but why.

    Methods and tools

Process discovery, BPM, process mapping, service blueprinting, data-flow mapping, root-cause and dependency analysis.

    Outcome

A clear picture of the current state and the causes shaping the problem.

  3. 03

    Rethink & Redesign

A better way of working comes before digitalization.

If we were building this today from scratch, would we design it the same way? We challenge steps, rules, controls and assumptions.

    Methods and tools

Lean, BPM, process modelling, Design Thinking, co-creation workshops, prototyping.

    Outcome

An optimized future process and clear requirements for what the solution must support.

  4. 04

    Design & Enable

    Technology enters with a purpose.

User experience, functional design, architecture, data, integrations, security and the operating model, designed only after the problem is understood.

    Methods and tools

UX/UI, prototyping, solution architecture, API and integration design, data design, cloud and security practices.

    Outcome

A validated solution concept aligned with the real problem and the future process.

  5. 05

    Build & Implement

Strategy creates value only when it works in the real world.

We build, configure, integrate, test and introduce solutions into real operations, iteratively and with users involved early.

    Methods and tools

Agile delivery, software engineering, platform implementation, integrations, automation, testing, DevOps/CI-CD where appropriate.

    Outcome

A solution that is implemented, validated and ready for real operational use.

  6. 06

    Adopt & Transfer

    Projects end. Knowledge must remain.

Documentation, workshops, training and hands-on collaboration so people can operate and improve the solution without permanent dependency on us.

    Methods and tools

Change enablement, documentation, playbooks, training, train-the-trainer, shadowing and handover.

    Outcome

People and teams who understand the solution and can keep improving it.

  7. 07

    Measure & Improve

Transformation is not a one-off event.

We track real results against the objectives defined at the start and decide where further improvement creates value. Sometimes more technology, sometimes less.

    Methods and tools

KPI/OKR tracking, analytics, feedback loops, retrospectives, continuous improvement.

    Outcome

Measurable outcomes and an ongoing capability to improve.

Modern methodologies without methodological dogma

Methodology helps us understand reality; it is not a template into which reality must be forced. We select techniques based on the problem, the context and your organization's level of maturity.

Let us understand your problem first.

Tell us what you are trying to achieve. We will tell you honestly what it takes, even when the answer is a smaller project.
